Overview

Polypreter offers speaker translation with 100% data protection. The translation process is automated and does not rely on the internet or the cloud. This enables standalone use and ensures absolute privacy as well as complete protection against unauthorised access.

Input Sources

The Polypreter utilises input from audio and video sources. Audio input is accepted via XLR/Line-In, USB and HDMI connectors. HDMI is also used for video input.

These versatile input options will ensure you are prepared for any eventuality. You are able to facilitate conferences, presentations, meetings and speeches. Polypreter is a highly versatile piece of equipment that can be used standalone and easily integrated with existing systems.

Speech and Translation

All speech input is translated to your selected target language by our sophisticated artificial intelligence models. If required, the original and translated texts can be transcribed and stored locally for future reference.

Supported languages are English, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian (Further language support will follow shortly. Please let us know which other languages you would like.)

Output Features

Translated texts are provided as subtitles in a video stream. As video background different colors can be configured. Alternatively the input video can be used as background.

All subtitles are also converted to voice output with a configurable language. The voice audio is output via a different port from video. This way it can handled separately from the video output.

Optionally a web based text stream can be enabled. Here audience members can use their mobile phone to read the generated subtitles.

Another function is the ability to enable text transcription. Timestamps are automatically added to the transcript. The transcription can then be copied to a USB flash drive or downloaded via a web interface.

The following languages are supported for audio output: English, Spanish, French, German and Chinese. (Further language support will follow shortly. Please let us know which other languages you would like.)
